Rite Aid Pharmacy Customer Notice

If you are a Rite Aid Pharmacy customer your wellness+ number must be validated in order for your account to qualify for the RXfundraising program. Qualification is determined by:

For a Prescription categorized as a maintenance medication Prescription, there shall be a 365 day cure period. Any potential supporter who has bought a maintenance medication from Rite Aid during the prior 365 days will be excluded.

For a Prescription categorized as an acute medication Prescription, there shall be a three year cure period. Any potential supporter who has bought an acute medication Prescription from Rite Aid during the prior three years will be excluded.

Because program qualification is determined by both the type and time of your last prescription purchase, our recommendation is to register and allow us to determine your account qualification.
